Return and Refund Policy

 

  • All items bought from us are eligible for exchange only NO cash refunds.
  • In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 7 days of delivery.
  • In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging with tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No exchange will be considered in this case.
  • Exchanges for a particular product are subject to the availability of the product or the desired size. In the event that the product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued. This credit note can be used to purchase any item from our website.
  • We request you to coordinate with the third-party website or retail store for any return or exchange request of the products purchased from them.
  • In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.

Exchange Process: In order to exchange a pair of shoes customers can use the exchange portal located in the menu under exchanges or contact us via WHATSAPP on +91 89280 50689 (please note the number is only a WhatsApp number).

For assistance and enquiries, we're available Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 8 PM, and on Saturday & Sunday from 12 PM to 3 PM. Feel free to reach out!

A nominal cost of Rs 150 is charged for the reverse shipment. 

Once orders placed we cannot cancel them.
